Managed service
With managed services, we're not a vendor you check in with once a month. We work as an integrated part of your ecommerce operation — accountable to your revenue targets, responsive to your catalogue changes, and proactive about what needs to happen next.
The first month is the most active. From month two, the rhythm settles into autonomous operation with fortnightly check-ins. Most managed clients spend less than two hours a month on catalogue and campaign oversight after the first 30 days.
Day 1 — Accounts connected
Shopify store connected. Merchant Center access granted. Strategically begins its first full catalogue scan.
Day 1–2 — Catalogue segmentation
Every product is scored and divided into three groups:
Batch 1 — Optimise first
Low-performing products. Lowest risk — nothing to lose. Processed first.
Batch 2 — Improve carefully
Products with some traction. Optimised with performance tracking between passes.
Protect — Leave working products alone
Already performing. Protected until we have clear evidence an improvement will hold.
Week 1 — Feed health report
Written report: baseline feed health score, what changed, what was found, and the optimisation queue going forward.
Week 2 — First bi-weekly call
Early results reviewed. Campaign strategy aligned (if included). Month-one targets agreed. This is the last call where we're still getting up to speed — from here, the rhythm is established.
Month 1 — Financial review
Written monthly review against the agreed targets. Revenue, ROAS, profit contribution. No impressions, no CTR.
What we need from you
We do the work. But good outcomes require a few things from your side — access, commercial context, and a single point of contact.
Shopify and Merchant Center access
Read/write access to your store and Merchant Center. Setup takes about 10 minutes on the onboarding call.
Your margin data (Google Ads clients)
To run POAS-targeted campaigns, we need product-level margin data. A spreadsheet, custom label feed, or Shopify export works.
One person who owns the relationship
A single point of contact — ecommerce director, head of growth, or trading manager. Decisions made by committee slow results.
Realistic timelines
